NB. If you use Blueyonder, Hotmail, Ntlworld or Tiscali as your email provider there is a good chance that the new password email will be treated as junk mail. Please double check your spam filter settings and junk box. If you have not received the email within 30 minutes we suggest you call the helpline on on 0044 (0) 843 1680 201 and we will reset your password straight away.
